Artistic Foam

Over the years we have used spray urethane foam to create everything from trees for Jurassic Park to caves in Pirates of the Caribbean. Since our start in the entertainment industry in 1977 we have developed a reputation for being able to build it all. Spray foam is a quick and efficient way to reach many desired effects.

Hard-coating

Urethane Hardcoat is used to protect fragile sculptures. Urethane coatings offer protection with out the loss of fine detail. We coat everything from foam statues to buildings. We can apply a coat of super tough and sandable Hardcoat from 1/16 to 1/2 inch thick.

Bed liners

Spray bed liner coatings are fast and tough. Perfect for outdoor applications where weather and sun exposure are unavoidable. Urethane foam coated with a spray bed liner will last for years under heavy use. Being shatter resistant and flexible is what separates bed liner from other urethane coatings.

Foam skins

From our library of molds we can recreate many textures and surfaces. Rock and cave walls, trees, brick, stucco, aged wood, beams, boards, pilings are just a few of the skins we offer. Why use skins? They are fast consistent, light and achieve that perfect look ever time.
